These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FLIGHTBAG™ website (flightbag.aero) and the purchase of products from FLIGHTBAG LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, which form a legal agreement between you and FLIGHTBAG LTD. We design and produce luxury, utilitarian products for the private aviation sector, exclusively available to FBOs and strategic partners. Our products are crafted to the highest standards of design and quality, ensuring both performance and distinction.

2. Products and Customisation

FLIGHTBAG™ products are available exclusively to authorised partners within the private aviation industry. Products may be customised with up to three letters or alphanumeric characters, which can be stamped or stitched onto premium leather for identification — including company initials, passenger monograms, or internal codes.

Our silhouettes are designed in London and manufactured in Italy by a certified supplier with export licences for both the UK and Europe.

The products and designs shown on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue models as necessary.

3. Visual Representations and Product Variation

Certain images, graphics, and visual materials shown on the FLIGHTBAG™ website, social platforms, and printed brochures may consist of a mixture of real product photography, digitally rendered models, AI-assisted concepts, and Photoshop-enhanced mock-ups. This method is used intentionally.

Because our clients often request variations in length, structure, or configuration based on aircraft layout, bag function, or FBO preference, our business model requires the ability to rapidly showcase adaptable formats. This is especially important for owner-operators and time-sensitive orders, where design and fit must be validated quickly.

While we make every effort to ensure digital representations are accurate, they should be considered illustrative only. Minor variations in finish, colour, and material may occur. However, every FLIGHTBAG™ product — whether sample or full production — will always carry:

4. Sample Orders and Acceptance of Final Product

To assist prospective clients, FLIGHTBAG LTD offers the ability to purchase a fully featured sample of any of the following sizes: 22-inch, 36-inch, 42-inch, and 46-inch. These can be tailored for inspection and are offered to help clients assess construction, finish, and suitability prior to placing a full order.

Samples are sold outright and become the property of the purchaser upon full payment. They are subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements as standard product orders.

By purchasing a sample, the client acknowledges that the product reflects the standard of quality and construction for any future customised run — with only agreed adjustments (e.g. identifiers, logo stamping, or alterations in size) documented and approved in writing. This ensures consistent output aligned with the sample standard.

No returns or refunds are offered for non-defective samples once confirmed and delivered.

5. Eligibility to Purchase

Our products are available only to verified businesses and organisations operating within the private aviation, FBO, or related luxury travel sectors. Customers must confirm eligibility by submitting a valid company email and supporting credentials prior to receiving a quotation or placing an order.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP or EUR depending on your location and do not include VAT, shipping, or import duties, which will be applied at checkout.

Payment is required in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept secure payment via bank transfer, corporate card, or approved invoicing terms.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We dispatch from Italy and London to guarantee material integrity and quality assurance. For eligible international destinations, FLIGHTBAG™ will coordinate appropriate shipping based on available export routes.

We offer immediate shipping across Europe and can ship worldwide subject to customs and compliance checks. Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct import documentation is available.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

In the unlikely event of a defective item, we will offer a replacement, repair, or credit note for verified clients. Customised products are final sale unless faulty.

Sample orders are non-refundable unless the item is defective upon receipt and reported within 5 working days.

All returned goods must be unused and in original condition. Return authorisation must be obtained in advance. Please refer to our separate Returns Policy for detailed procedures.

9. Intellectual Property and Design Protection

All FLIGHTBAG™ designs, silhouettes, engineering, features, names, configurations, and graphic marks are the intellectual property of FLIGHTBAG LTD and are protected by design rights, copyright, and trademarks in the UK, EU, and select international jurisdictions.

Any unauthorised reproduction, sale, modification, or use of our designs or identity without explicit permission is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through legal channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FLIGHTBAG LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

Our maximum liability in respect of any product or transaction shall be limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
